We know you will love your PKB items, but if you happen to have a change of heart, we are happy to offer store credit within 5 days of purchase.

Tags must be intact and clothing unworn.

Candles, accessories, shoes, wrapped goods, and ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.

Once an order is placed we cannot change or cancel the order. Please be aware of shipping addresses when checking out.

Email, text or DM us to return your item. We will provide you with the address for drop off or a return label to ship your item back to us. Upon receiving your item, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card via email.
