We know you will love your PKB items, but if you happen to have a change of heart, we are happy to offer store credit within 5 days of purchase.

- Tags must be intact and clothing unworn.

- Candles, accessories, shoes, wrapped goods, and ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.

- Once an order is placed we cannot change or cancel the order. Please be aware of shipping addresses when checking out.

- Email, text or DM us to return your item. We will provide you with the address for drop off or a return label to ship your item back to us. Upon receiving your item, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card via email.
